A.RETIREMENT
Sri Raghu Nandan Prasad, U.D.C. will be retired on 29th Feb.’ 2008 by completing his 33 years 06 months and 14 days service in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan.
Sri Raghu Nandan Prasad joined Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan on 15.10.1973 and worked in various Kendriya Vidyalayas:-
- Kendriya Vidyalaya, Steel City Bokaro.
- Kendriya Vidyalaya, Steel City Durgapur.
3. Kendriya Vidyalaya, Samastipur.
- Kendriya Vidyalaya, Muzaffarpur.
- Kendriya Vidyalaya, Chapra
All the members of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathn are invited to participate in Farewell Function which will be held on 29.02.2008 at 12:30 P. M.

B. National Adolescence Education Programme
A meeting of students, parents and teachers was organised in Kendriya Vidyalaya, Chapra on 20.02.2008 under National Adolescence Education Programme. On this occasion the chief guest Dr. Kiran Ojha threw light on the preventive measure against AIDS and physical & mental development of students. A drawing and painting competition was organized in the school. Principal Sri G. P. Yadav welcome the chief guest and parents. Sri Y. Ram, proposed the vote of thanks. Sri Anil Kumar Singh conducted the meeting.

C. ADMISSION NOTICE FOR CLASS-1
(For the Session 2008-09)
Prospectus and Registration Forms for Admission to Kendriya Vidyalaya, Chapra will be available as per the schedule given below on payment of Rs. 100/- (One hundred).
Registration Form will be given only for Class- 1.
There will be no Admission Test for Class-1. The Admission including reservation will be done strictly as per Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan Admission Guidelines.
A child must be 5 years but not more than 7 years old on 31.03.2008.
